Will you have to pay any taxes, duties or customs charges?

No. You will not have any extra costs once you have purchased your items from Fetishease. These are all paid for in advance.

Privacy
What will show on my bank statement?
The transaction will appear under the name “SP Logical Design” on your statement.

Do you store my details?
When you set up an account we store your account details (address and order information). However we do not store any of your payment details. We have a strict privacy policy and do not share your details with anyone.

What will my delivery look like?
All parcels are discreetly packed (brown parcels or grey bags) and it is not possible to view their contents. Our company is not mentioned on the parcel, however for returns please contact us on contact@fetishease.com


Clothing
How do you use the size charts?
We have a number of size charts for the different ranges of clothing we make, whether this be Harnesses, PVC items or anything else. Please view the product page of your choice or you can view all of our size charts on the product pages. If you have any questions about sizing that aren’t included in the size chart, please contact our customer team who will endeavour to help you with your query.


Can I amend or cancel my order once it has been placed?
If you have placed an order in error or made a mistake on an order, you need to email our Customer Services team as soon as possible to let them know to amend or cancel the order before it is dispatched. Contact@Fetishease.com is the fastest way to get in touch and let us know about any mistakes.
If your order has already been dispatched, we are unable to amend or cancel the order until it has been returned to us, where we can process a refund.

What should I expect from your PVC?

PVC - PVC is the super shiny man-made alternative to Latex. . PVC will give you some breathing room so you don’t get so warm while wearing it. We’ve got lots of different styles to best suit your PVC needs and desires.


Do you sell made-to-measure or custom items?
Yes we are able to offer made to measure custom leather harnesses and shorts

Delivery
When will my item be delivered?
PVC/Latex will be fully tracked and delivered in 5-10 days with our free delivery.

Once your item has been dispatched, you will receive an email to the e-mail address you placed your order with. This will contain your tracking details so you can keep an eye on where your product is and when it is due to be with you.


Do you Deliver Internationally?
We deliver our products worldwide - please see our deliveries page for all of the details, where ever you are we will have a free delivery avaliable.

Where can my item be delivered?
We can deliver to any residential or company address worldwide. However, if you would like to use a click & collect service, you will have to arrange this via your local collection point before entering the collection address as part of your order as we cannot be held responsible for deliveries to supermarkets, post-offices or collection points once they have been signed for.


Returns
Can I return an item?
Yes, all of our items come with a 30 day money back returns policy and can be returned as long as they are in their original condition and packaging.

You must let us know with in 14 days of delivery that you intent to return any/all of your items delivered and they must be returned with in 30 days.

All returns from Fetishease.com must be processed via our customer service team, please make contact with them at Contact@fetishease.com before they are sent back to us.

All returns are checked upon receipt and we will not be able to refund or exchange orders that have been damaged after you received them.

Have you received my return?
We recommend that returned items are tracked and proof of postage is retained. It can take up to 5 working days after receiving a return at our depot to process your refund or exchange. If it has been longer than 5 working days, please email Contact@Fetishease.com with your tracking number and we will be able to help you.
Please note: If your return was sent in without your order receipt or Returns number, we may not be able to identify your returned items, which can delay or prevent a refund/exchange altogether.
